End-to-end migration architecture: legacy-to-new mapping, routing schema translation, platform behaviour modelling, redundancy planning and rollback frameworks.

Workflow

Pre-audit: compare provisioning/engineering data with live configs and validate both source and destination platforms.
Kickoff & syncs: market-specific kickoff and weekly engineering calls to resolve blockers.
Analysis: finalise batch grouping, script generation, ticket submission and change validation.
Migration: execute, monitor, troubleshoot and formally close migration batches.
