What we do

  • Design and assignment validation: end-to-end verification of circuit design, logical paths, ONT/CPE assignments, IP schema, VLANs, routing intent and templates.
  • Activation and configuration: service turn-ups across voice, data, static IP, transport, enterprise internet, SASE, Layer 2 and Layer 3 services following operator standards.
  • Real-time service and RFC testing: standards-based performance testing (e.g. RFC 2544, ITU-T Y.1564) for throughput, latency, jitter and loss, combined with ping and route analysis, QoS enforcement, CMTS/OLT mapping, CPE authentication, MAC alignment, light-level verification and full service-readiness checks.
  • Cross-system synchronisation: keeping engineering tools, OSS/BSS, workflow systems and support channels in sync for clean activations.
  • Quality assurance and exception handling: resolving configuration mismatches, design inconsistencies, porting errors, device provisioning issues and address conflicts.
